Beyond the Beret
The Beyond The Beret Program was started to offer Cadets who have earned the Cadet Ranger Beret an opportunity to interview with various corporations that understand that these individuals have the moral and ethical fortitude to become an asset for the organization.
Many corporations struggle with finding new employees with the right mindset to seek solutions, develop long term relations, and present information in a clear and articulate form. Corporations expect to teach employees on how to use technology with in the focus of their mission but they should not have to teach teamwork, leadership, and work ethics to employees.
What your corporations should know about a Cadet Ranger:
- A Cadet Ranger is willing to push themselves outside of their comfort zone in order complete the task
- A Cadet Ranger will look at every task as a challenge with a positive mindset
- A Cadet Ranger will help mentor those around in order to raise the level of quality
- A Cadet Ranger will lead when needed and follow when asked
- A Cadet Ranger will not let their ego cloud their focus
- A Cadet Ranger will rely on other because they want to not because they have to
- A Cadet Ranger is a self sufficient team player
- A Cadet Ranger must earn his beret every day or they can lose it.
