[title size=”1″]BRONZE PHASE[/title]
The Bronze Phase is a 6 day process where Cadets learn to work with each other through their successes and failures. They will be given sporadic challenges that will not only test their newly acquired skills but also their ability to solve issues even in the grey area where winning is not the answer but merely the greater of two evils. Ethical Leadership is to easy to talk about but only when we face difficult decisions on our worst days do we know its true value.
Cadets will also be introduced to various leadership styles so that they may learn through experience how and when to be a dynamic leader. All candidates will be evaluated anonymously by both the cadre and their peers. They will continue to develop new skills such as combatives, and squad tactics, as well as the translation of these strategies within the realm of leadership.
